You’ll find shiphands occasionally as you work your way across Nexus. A concerned pilot will be milling about by their away ship, seeking out pioneers to help them with some disaster that’s happened offworld. Take the quest, board their ship, and you’ll be whisked away to somewhere completely different to troubleshoot – which probably means literally shooting the trouble. Shiphands play like extended, sequential quests. You uncover the problems as you move through the ship and fix ‘em up. Shiphands have optional objectives if you want to go above and beyond, too – and that grateful Ekose captain at the end of the road will definitely take note of your efforts.
— WildStar Online
Outpost M-13 is the second shiphand mission you will encounter in WildStar.
It is available for both faction, Exile and Dominion at level 13
Shiphand : Outpost M-13 Location.
Follow the quest “A Captain in Need” you will be given at level 13 to find Captain Milo.
His asteroid mining settlement has been infested by alien life forms and he asks you assistance.
You can find Captain Milo at four different places :
- Ellevar, in Lightreach Mission (Dominion)
- Deradune, near Endless Vigil (Dominion)
- Algoroc, near the town of Gallow (Exile)
- Celestion, in Belobog Containment Camp (Exile)
Shiphand : Outpost M-13, Normal Mode, Gold Medal
This Shiphand used to be the first one in game before Drop #4 so it’s pretty easy and straight forward.
If you aggro too much creatures on the Datachron part (In the dark station), run back and they will reset.
Shiphand : Outpost M-13 : Veteran Mode, Gold Medal
To get the gold medal, you need to complete these objectives :
- Beat the 20 minutes timer
- Don’t die
- Collect 10 floating Mining Charges
The only real difficult part is the Novaburn Leader Capitain Wiko event.
It consists of two waves of mobs that aggro you immediately on spawn and then the Captain. Enter the event launch zone with 100% HP and take a defensive skill for that part.
